Bhai's Day Out

 It has been a long and interesting weekend for me. I had 3 days of holiday: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, i.e. 7th, 8th and 9th of April. On Saturday 8 April, I went to the city with my friends. It had been a while since I last visited the city. We left the hostel via rickshaw, took the ropeway to cross the Brahmaputra and enter the city. From there, we took a bus to the state zoo and spend a lot of time in the zoo. My favourite moment in the zoo was the husband and wife lion posing as if it was their family photo. After that, we went to the city central mall for having food, where we ate Pizza at Pizza Hut. Everybody ate to their heart's content and enjoyed talking about the vibrant atmosphere at the mall. Later, we played a bowling game, in which I played pathetically and was last among the six. Anyways, who plays bowling for winning, right? Then we took a bus to the ferry ghat and crossed the river Brahmaputra via the evening ferry. We left at around 10:20 a.m. and came back at around 7:30. I really enjoyed my day outside especially because I had such a positive company of my friends, which gave me a lot of energy. Man is a social animal. He can't exist without company. I am fortunate to have got such good friends and I feel blessed that I got  to experience and enjoy such a beautiful day in my life!
